Unlike some of the other reviews I find this bra very supportive. It works for all my high impact activities. I did size to a M rather than a L to give me more compression. I am 5'10'', 180lbs, 34D.

I am a 34b and i ordered this bra in small, it was so tight I could not breathe.

This bra was horrible. It would ride up and not stay in place. I won't waste my money on this bra.

Favorite Sports Bra
I am a Zumba instructor and I teach five classes a week. These are the best sports bras I've ever used. Before I bought one of these, I tried numerous other sports bras and could not find one that fit well and supported me during my high-intensity classes. I discovered these and I will never use any other sports bra for working out. They hold up well and they are so comfortable. I also run sometimes and they work great for that as well. I hope Champion continues to make this amazing sports bra!
