Awkward
Getting on and off is painfully awkward. Would not work for changing for gym workouts as it is so time-consuming and houdini-like. Will be returning. The cup design is fine... however it's the way the bra is sewn in the back to a T strap and then has a smallllllll opening for hooking.... truly indescribable.

Wow! Like I lost 10 lbs!
Great bra. Absolutely no bounce. Puts the breast in front ,where you want it, instead of under your arm. Finally, no unaboob!

My favorite go to bra - have 5 now
This bra is so darn comfortable it is worth the struggle to get into it. That is my only complaint - the snaps in the back can be a challenge at first, but after a few times it gets easy and thank goodness for that because this bra is so comfortable for daily wear that I use it for daily hiking excursions when you may end up in the same bra for days. So comfortable I can sleep in it.
That being said, for a DD there is really not enough support for high impact activities, I would not jog or do aerobics in this - too much bounce, but for everything else my go to bra. Just hope they don't quit making this style.
For me it is true to size. The straps fit in a little closer to your neck than a conventional bra, so is not great for all styles of shirt if that is an issue for you.

Avoid. Difficult to put on and take off.
Put it on over your head and somehow fasten it. Really?
