I'm a 36DD and it ran a bit on the large size for me but that only created a problem when I came to the end of my workout with my abdominal exercies. After a certain number of crunches, I realized my boobs were falling out the sides! I was at the gym but luckily there was no one around me. However, I really enjoyed not being horribly squished around my ribcage and having my boobs sometimes painfully packed into my bra. And it worked perfectly well when I was running. I'll just have to be careful when I'm lying on my back for abs.

Best running bra i have ever worn, no adjusting!
This bra is amazing, I will order it in ever color. I ran about 40 miles this week and I loved the no bounce freedom. I posted it on my FaceBook to announce to everyone I know, "If you have chi chi's, this is the must have item for 2012!" I am a 32DD and I fit perfectly into the small. I think this item just might be more loved than the iPod & Asics....might.

This bra holds up to it's claim. Comfortable fit and great support. I loved the price so I got two.

Excellent Bra for DD
I am a 38DD and I love this bra. I now have 2 and wear one everyday to the gym. It fits tight but not too tight and it doesn't let the girls bounce around at all. It's fairly easy to get on and clasp. The only issue I have with it is when I do yoga, I fall out of the top of the bra occasionally. But I think that is to be expected when you're upside down. Overall, great bra and very comfortable.
