No support, Impossible to get on and off!!!
Even though the bra has nice material and is nice looking, the cups are way too soft for any support. The worst thing is getting it on and off. You just might dislocate a shoulder! There's no way in the world to get this thing hooked either. Don't waste your time and money.

Who Came Up With That Back???
The racerback with hook closure back seems to be a new trend in sports bras. It seems to be a trend developed by men. This bra was ridiculously difficult to get on. Like one reviewer said, it's a workout in and of itself. But while it's on, it's super supportive (beware the nips though, no padding whatsoever). I wore it for running. I felt it fit true to size, and even minimized (which I think is a bonus). Getting this thing off is even harder then getting it on. I found that flipping the cups inside out and up before doing the bra removal dance (required) minimized being choked by the underwire catching at your throat. There has GOT to be a better design for this bra. Heck, if they put a zipper down the front of this bra instead of the joke of a back they have on it, I'd buy 10 of them.

Beware of nipples
The fit is supportive around the breast, however cup not lined or padded so be prepared for nipple to show

Excellent support!
This product is a challenge to get in and out of, but I love it!!
I am not smashed together and I still have excellent support. I am limited in my flexibility to hook bras behind my back once they are on. So, I just slip the item all the way over me and hook it. Then I am able to slip my arms in and bring it up.
As far as getting it off, I am able to unhook it with one hand.
It is worth the extra effort! I love this support so much more than any other athletic support bra I have used!!!!!!!!
