Good for keeping in heat and wicking away sweat I would have given it another half star for the fabric which I like for its wicking feature and lightweight design for thermal protection. I bought a small and perhaps the medium would have given me what I was looking for. I found that the pants did not stay up well for running and kept dropping below my waist and sagging at the knee. I don't know if I need more compression material or a looser fit to keep the pants from moving. They stay in place well for walking so I will get a lot of use for them in the winter.
