Good bounce control
I'm 5'8" and weigh 160. I'm a 34DD and chose a size Large in this sports bra. I coach Volleyball and Basketball and teach junior high PE so I wear sports bras all day. This one does a good job supporting my large chest and limits bounce. I've had shoulder surgery on both shoulders so the front closure definitely helps with ease of putting it on. It's a little tricky to zip up the front zipper. I'm fairly tall so by the end of the day the straps do dig in a little but if I wear it just for workouts it's perfectly fine. The padding is enough to prevent nipple show through most of the time.
My one complaint with this sports bra (as with most) is what I call the "mono-boob". There isn't much separation so it doesn't look great under t-shirts. But hey it's a sports bra, right?

Only sports bra with adjustable sides
When I was looking for reasonably priced sports bras with front closure I located this bra & easily was able to determine what size I needed. I didn't realize it also had adjustable sides until the bra arrived. The bra is very comfortable & great for those of us that have had a mastectomy & are undergoing reconstructive surgery! I wore this bra at a recent walk to end breast cancer & was comfortable the entire 5K. I'd highly recommend these bras over a similar Under Armour sports bra.

I had a breast reduction and I wore this bra! It has great support and it is not binding in any way. It is very comfortable. I just wish it was a little cheaper so I could afford to have one for every day of the week!!
My first one was four years ago and it has still kept its form after a million washes!

My go-to running bra!
Just a little about me to help you with sizes. I've been measured as a 34DD although I am more comfortable in a 36D and can wear some 36C's. The Medium of this bra is perfect for me. I am in my BMI range, I believe if you are at the high end of your healthy BMI range you may want to go up a size. When I purchased this I was toward to high end of my healthy BMI range and probably should have ordered a Large. Because I have been exercising and am now smack in the middle of my BMI range the Medium is perfect.
I have recommended this bra to friends, but I always like to let people know that this bra has a "break-in" period. The self repairing nylon zipper is difficult when you first get the bra, so be patient, it does get easier to put on. Also (at least for me) the bra is a bit awkward to put on when you first get it, but you will get it after a few times, just be patient and give it a chance. I've been through LOTS of maximum support jog bras and believe this one to be the best.
I see a few comments about the straps cutting into your shoulders, I can relate to this somewhat when the bra was brand new, but after a washing it is fine, and I find myself wearing it all day some days. I wonder if the others purchased a size too small, I am fairly tall and long bodied, so my breasts are fairly low on my chest from my shoulders and I have had no issues with tightness through my shoulders after the break-in period and first washing.
I recommend washing it in a lingerie bag, on cold, mild detergent and air dry ONLY. I have two, black and white - wish they would make it in some colors and grey too!
